From Canada to the Valley
Amy Koch's path to Greater Phoenix real estate started in Canada. Born in Ontario, she grew up in Vancouver and spent years in Calgary before she and her husband made the decision to relocate to Arizona in 2006. They settled in the Arcadia area of Scottsdale and never looked back.
That cross-border experience shaped the foundation of Amy's career. She understood firsthand what it meant to move to a new country, navigate unfamiliar markets, and build a life from scratch in the desert. When Canadian buyers started asking for help making the same transition, she was uniquely qualified to guide them.
Over the past 15 years, Amy has built her business entirely through referrals and repeat clients. She co-founded Desert Ridge Real Estate Advisors and Kreate Property Group before joining The Brokery, one of Arizona's most respected independent brokerages. Her focus has always been the same: know the neighborhoods at a granular level and give every client the kind of attention that turns a transaction into a relationship.
